Personal Check – Currently checks are the most common payment for rentals with us. All checks are to be made out to Thomas Ogden. Following a confirmed rental we send you a contract that we ask you read over and sign before returning it to us with a check for the deposit. The remaining balance is sent two weeks before the actual rental date, once we receive the second check we will send you a map and key to our house.
